Stay classy, Washington

The Newseum currently has an exhibit featuring objects from the hit movie Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.

The exhibit explores the movie's theme of women breaking down barriers in the male-dominated world of network news in the 1970s and 1980s. It's a fascinating topic, and there were some truly shocking/incredible anecdotes sprinkled throughout, but really I just wanted to see stuff like this:

"I'm trapped in a class case of emotion!"

"60% of the time, it works every time."

"Stay classy, San Diego."

Ron's wallet. This cracks me up - his credit card says "American Excess."

I got to sit at the Channel 4 news desk...

...and I did my best weather girl impersonation.

Stay classy, Washington. And thanks for stopping by.
