A good time was had by all. Well, except for the fact that the guys behind us were incredibly obnoxious and kept yelling in our ears the whole time.

My new obsession

Most of you who knew me growing up are probably shocked to know that I'm now a huge baseball fan now, thanks mainly to the Expos/Nationals moving to DC. I love my Nats! I've been to at least 25 games this year.

One of my favorites is pitcher John Patterson (who I sometimes to refer to as my boyfriend). I met him last year and got his autograph.





This year I got to go to the new stadium groundbreaking and I met catcher Brian Schneider (thanks to a mystery man who introduced us). He signed my hat.

And so it begins...

Well, folks, this is my first ever post of my photoblog. I just got a fancy new digital camera so I might as well put it to use, eh? (Plus, now my friends and family on the West Coast have a way of keeping tabs on me.) My aim is to become proficient in photography....or at least adequate. I've never been very creative or artistic, so we'll see how it goes.
